Glen started in the HVAC industry in 1979, and founded what is today known as Mountain Valley Home Comfort in 1984. He is certified as an HVAC Master and Gas Fitter. Glen is also the lead Comfort adviser. In his spare time Glen also enjoys his ministry at Woods Chapel Independent Bible Church. For fun Glen enjoys farming with his step son Josh, as well as hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife Sandy.
Sandy married Glen in 1989 and started helping with the business in the early 90’s. She is responsible for making sure that all the books are straight and everything is paid on time. Sandy enjoys being part of the ministry with husband Glen at Woods Chapel Church. Sandy also enjoys raising Goats and Chickens on their farm in New Market, and traveling to new places.
Phillip joined the Mountain Valley Home Comfort family in 2012 in the sales department. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, and was an entrepreneur for many years before coming to Mountain Valley. Phillip is responsible for managing the daily business operations. He enjoys snow skiing, hiking, and backpacking. He also loves traveling and visiting history with his family.

Tabitha has worked at Mountain Valley Home Comfort since 2011. She is responsible for scheduling Comfort Adviser meetings with customers, as well as scheduling equipment installations and billing. Tabitha enjoys spending time with her husband and son, camping, and fishing.
Nate has been at Mountain Valley Home Comfort since early 2016. He came to here from a construction management background. Nate is responsible for seeing making sure that the install teams complete projects in the time allotted and to the quality standard that Mountain Valley Home Comfort expects. He graduated from Randolph Macon College with a Bachelor’s degree in communications. Nate enjoys baseball, football, hiking, weight training and travel.
Jeremy has been in the HVAC industry since 1999 and with Mountain Valley Home Comfort since 2002. He excels at duct fabrication and installations. Jeremy enjoys the outdoors, landscaping, and antique things.
Megan has been working at Mountain Valley Home Comfort since 2016. She specializes in creating a great customer experience for our customers. Megan enjoys photography, and spending time with family and friends.
Josh started working at Mountain Valley Home Comfort in 2017. He came to Mountain Valley Home Comfort from the construction management field. Josh specializes in doing load calculations and estimating for new construction projects. Josh enjoys spending time hanging out with his son.
Wison has been working in HVAC since starting with Mountain Valley Home Comfort in 2016. Wilson came here from an auto mechanics background. Wilson specializes in duct fabrication in the shop. Wilson enjoys spending time with family.
Wena has been helping in the HVAC equipment warehouse since starting work at Mountain Valley Home Comfort in late 2015. She is responsible for shipping and receiving for all parts and materials. Wena enjoys camping and spending time with friends and family.
Charlie has been in the HVAC industry Since 1974 and with Mountain Valley Home Comfort since 1991. He specializes in helping customers determine the right heating and air conditioning solutions for their homes. Charlie enjoys hunting, fishing, horseback riding, and farming.
Josh has been with Mountain Valley Home Comfort since 1992. He excels at helping customers find the right heating and air conditioning solution for their home. Josh holds a EPA 608 Certification as well as a Virginia Class C Contractors license. He enjoys farming, hunting, and diesel engine work.
Ronnie has been in the HVAC industry since 1989 and with Mountain Valley Home Comfort since 2002. He excels at propane service and installation, and basic plumbing. Ronnie holds a Propane Gas Certification and Wardflex Gas Piping Certification. He is qualified to install geothermal loops, as well as pressure tanks and hot water heaters. He enjoys horseback riding, 4-wheeling, and hiking.
Robert has been in the HVAC industry since 2000 and with Mountain Valley Home Comfort since 2004. Robert can do it all from duct installation to equipment installation and service. Robert does a great job of coaching and teaching other installers on best practices and complicated installs. Robert is also Water Furnace Geothermal certified, Mitsubishi certified, and Lennox Certified on all residential Heat Pumps, Air Conditioners and Furnaces. Robert enjoys camping and working on old cars.
Daniel has been in the HVAC industry since 2007. He started working at Mountain Valley Home Comfort in 2017. Daniel specializes in new and replacement equipment installations. Daniel enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with his wife and kids, and attending church.
Lee has been in the HVAC industry since coming to work at Mountain Valley Home Comfort in 2012, so that he could learn a good trade. He specializes in new and replacement equipment installations. Lee is Lennox certified on all residential heat pumps, air conditioners, and furnaces. He is also certified by Mitsubishi Electric for M and P series Mini split installation. Lee likes camping and spending time with friends and family.
Luis has been in the HVAC industry since starting to work at Mountain Valley Home Comfort in 2014. He specializes in new and replacement equipment installations. Luis is Lennox certified on residential heat pumps, air conditioner, and furnace installation. He is also certified by Mitsubishi Electric for M and P series mini split installation. Luis enjoys playing music, working on cars and spending quality time with family.
Kevin has been in HVAC since starting at Mountain Valley Home Comfort in early 2017. Before coming to Mountain Valley Home Comfort, he specialized in moisture remediation for a restoration company. Kevin came to Mountain Valley Home Comfort looking for a career with growth opportunities. Kevin is specializing in new and replacement equipment installations.
Jim has been in HVAC maintenance since 1980, and has been with Mountain Valley Home Comfort since 2016. Jim specializes in trouble shooting performance issues and pricing and ordering repair parts. He has an EPA 608 certification, and Refrigeration certification from Massanutten Technical Center. Jim enjoys backpacking, hiking, aviation, and playing with grandchildren.
Lauren has been learning about HVAC since starting with Mountain Valley Home Comfort in early 2017. She specializes in offering a great customer experience and scheduling efficient routes for the service technicians. Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors, and spending time with her family.

Josh is factory certified from Nordyne, Lennox, Carrier, and Trane. Josh enjoys sports, outdoors, animals, pets, guns, and family.
Steve has been in the HVAC industry since coming to work at Mountain Valley Home Comfort in 1998. He specializes in service and maintenance of gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and mini splits. Steve is factory certified from Lennox, Trane, and Mitsubishi. Steve is also NATE certified for Heat Pump service. Steve enjoys spending time with family.
Jeff has been in the HVAC industry since 1986, and has worked at Mountain Valley Home Comfort since 1991. He specializes in service and maintenance of gas and oil furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, geothermal systems, and mini splits. Jeff has a Virginia Master HVAC License. He is also factory certified from Lennox, Carrier, Trane, and Mitsubishi. Jeff enjoys fooling with motor cycles and old radios in his spare time.
Nick has been in the HVAC industry since he started at Mountain Valley Home Comfort in 2014. Before coming to Mountain Valley Home Comfort Nick worked as a building maintenance technician at a local retreat center. Nick specializes in service and maintenance of gas and oil furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, geothermal systems and mini splits. He is factory certified from Lennox, Carrier, Trane, Water Furnace, and Mitsubishi. He is also EPA 608 Certified.
Angel Garcia has been in the HVAC industry since coming to work at Mountain Valley Home Comfort in 2015. He specializes in service and maintenance of gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and mini splits. Angel has graduated from Lord Fairfax Community College HVAC certification program, he also has his EPA 608 Universal certification. Angel enjoys fishing and hanging out with his wife and son.
Jay has been in the HVAC industry since 1981. He started working at Mountain Valley Home Comfort in 1992. Jay Specializes in service and maintenance of Oil boilers and furnaces. He also has years of experience working on heat pumps, air conditioners, and gas furnaces. Jay enjoys spending time with family.
Juan Carlos has been in HVAC since starting with Mountain Valley Home Comfort in 2016. He came to us because he felt this would be a career he would enjoy at a company that has a good reputation. Juan Carlos has a background in construction, and since coming to Mountain Valley Home Comfort has quickly gained the skills to be both a great sheet metal technician as well as a great installation technician. Juan Carlos likes to read and spend time with family.
Juan has been doing sheet metal work since starting to work at Mountain Valley Home Comfort in 2007. He specializes in doing quick and efficient duct installations. Juan enjoys fishing, hiking, and swimming.
Lisandro has been doing sheet metal work since starting to work at Mountain Valley Home Comfort in 2013. He specializes in doing great quality duct installations. Lisandro enjoys being involved in his church and spending time with family.
